- Waldron Quantity Surveyors was founded by Martin Waldron in 2004 with the purpose of providing a highly professional service while at the same time maintaining a personal touch.
- Tom O’Malley was recently appointed Surveying Director with responsibility for PQS management.
- Since its formation, WQS has handled more than €200m worth of projects and has a growing list of highly satisfied clients. In the coming years we intend to consolidate the business we have built up and expand the business in order to ensure the continued provision of the highest level of service to our clients.
- Through combining Martin's construction, arbitration and development experience with Tom O’Malley's PQS background, WQS are able to offer a very broad and expert service in accordance with clients requirements.
- A selection of projects on which WQS have been involved is included herein along with a selection of projects worked on by company principals prior to joining WQS.
